At Awaken Health Institute, we believe that lasting health is not created through willpower alone, nor is it achieved through a single prescription, diet, or program. Our belief is that what is missing from most health programs is community.
We believe that health can exist side by side with disease. We create health by the choices we make every day, the environments we live in, the community we cultivate, and the meaning we bring to our lives.
